Due to new state and federal guidelines for COVID-19 our front office will be closed until further notice.

- We will continue reading water meters and keep billing updated.
Our lab remains open, water and wastewater samples can be brought in and you will be assisted at the window inside of our main entrance. No further entry will be permitted past the lobby for anyone but employees or by appointment at this time to protect our customers and employees health.
Quarterly water samples will start for the next quarter of April through June next week. We are asking customers who normally bring us their quarterly samples to please wait until May to start bringing these in due to our limited staff and precautions being taken to limit in person contacts at this time. If you need to get your quarterly in sooner than May for any reason, please contact our office to make an appointment at 616-877-4196.
Our field crew will continue its service in Water and Wastewater Facility Operation and Sampling under EGLE and Health Department guidelines.
Water and sewer repair/replacement services will remain available. This is mainly for emergency services including but not limited to water breaks, lift station failure, pump replacements, and sewer backups or blockages. If you have any other job request please contact us and we will follow up with state officials to ensure the project falls under the Essential services guidelines provided by the state.
